Returns Policy

At Kali, most pieces are offered on a pre-order basis and produced in limited quantities. As each item is carefully crafted upon order, we maintain a strict return policy.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-order purchases are final sale.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit if:

• The item received is defective

• The item received is incorrect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos.

Store Credit (If Approved)

In rare approved cases, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Kali.
Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Important Notes

• Kali is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting and handcrafted production.

• Production time for pre-order items is approximately 7–14 business days before shipment.
